After the 2:1 victory over Germany, Italy are going to play against Spain in Euro Final. Prandelli congratulated his sides at the end of this game for his bought into attacking tactic firmly rooting in Italy. And he gave special praise for Mario Balotelli who scored twice for Italy, while Germany coach Joachim Löw felt proud of his team's performance in this Euro too and admitted they left two many chances to opponents in the first half.

We played too disorganized to prevent conceding two goals, and soon we paid the price for mistakes we made. In the second half our team found own tempo in field and tried very hard but gained nothing,

Looking back to the team selection, it was easy to find what change should have been taken. Mario Gomez scored three times before this game and he did very well in training. I wanted to send Toni Kroos to press hard on Italy's midfield. When the first goal was conceded, we were suffering a blow for a while. I had to make some substitutions and venture.

We have stayed together two years, the team making progress with 15 victories successively. Today we lost to a great opponent Italy whose spine is perfect and forwards in quick space. We have fully prepared for this match. Of course every thing need to be sure on right path anyway. We knew their both wings were of threat, so we hoped to keep the ball and gave hard pressure on opponents in midfield. We provided more chances for Mario Balotelli at the risk of Antonio Cassano being marked by many opponents.

And Mario Balotelli didn't let us down just as what the whole team did. I hope that they could have their own idea and Balotelli interpreted to all. He kept in good condition, positively running on the field and concentrating on the game. What he performed already achieved my demanding requirement. I replaced him for I noticed his physical struggling and did not want to risk.

I am proud of my men and the achievements at present are not belonging to me only. Germany are an outstanding team, but compared with them we planed much better in this game.
